Country allows to group users from one or several countries into a segment. Country is defined by the factual geo-position of a user, not their citizenship. E.g. different rewards can be set for rewarded video impressions from different countries; or one can use this setting for more complex segments. Moreover, this setting can help prioritize ad networks for specific countries — this is especially helpful if you have a special offer from an ad network.
